I was looking through photos of dresses I tried on for prom from a few year ago and saw some from Boom Babies.
What a wonderful experience this was to try on dresses for prom here. The staff were so helpful and involved, and the selection they had was gorgeous. I would absolutely recommend looking here for full-length dresses.

I have been coming since I was about 4 years old. Today I came in to get my homecoming dress. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and helpful and I was able to find my dream dress!

I stop in almost every week. Not only is their selection amazing, so is the staff. Best shopping around!

I love this place so much! They have the most unique, flattering pieces and I love everything in the store! I don’t live in Syracuse anymore, but I make sure I stop here every time I visit. All the ladies that work here are super helpful and everything I’ve bought from this place has been super durable and cute!! Couldn’t recommend enough!!

We drove from Rochester to Syracuse after reading about how many people come to this store. Well our experience far exceeded our expectations! From the minute we walked into the shop we were welcomed by friendly staff and told to look at dresses and someone would come help us at the dressing room. We were matched with Clara who was absolutely amazing with my daughter! In less than 2 hours we had a dress and all the accessories to go with it! At no point did we feel rushed or made to feel pushed into buying anything extra!! We will return next year for Senior Ball!! Highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a gown!!

I love Boom Babies! I make a point to go there every time I'm in Syracuse. Not only are all the employees so kind and fun, but they go the extra mile to make you feel good in your own skin. To call them hype people would be an understatement. I'm obsessed with the styles there. I end up buying so much every time I go. This is 100% a must-visit!

Always a fantastic experience. Huge dress selection in every size and style! the girls there are also very helpful and kind. They were able to squeeze me in as a walk in despite how busy it was which I really appreciated. Once I explained the dress style I was envisioning, they pulled all the dresses that matched that style for me to try on. I was in and out with the perfect dress for my event within 30 minutes. Highly recommend boom babies for any formal event. Also the boutique clothes they have are so fun as well!

My daughter and her friend are juniors. Neither of the girls have shopped for prom dresses before. We went to one shop before Boom Babies- let's just say that was a total waste of time! Both girls were extremely disappointed and ready to throw in the towel before I suggested Boom Babies. We were already an hour from home & Boom Babies was another 40 minutes further. It was the best decision! The drive was completely worth it! The minute we walked in the door the staff at Boom Babies was AMAZING!!! There is not enough I can say about Meaghan and everyone else in the shop that day. My daughter was in prom dress heaven! Meaghan was extremely attentive to my daughter and kept bringing her dress after dress, feeding off my daughter's reactions to the dresses she tried on. There was a seemingly neverending supply of dresses to try on, not to mention having multiple sizes of nearly all the dresses! Meaghan blew us away! She made the experience so much fun!! We have told everyone who will listen to make the drive to Boom Babies- there are no other options in our opinion!

WOW!  We're from Williamstown, NY, and a friend recommended that we go to Boom Babies for my daughter's Senior Prom gown.  Little did we know that we would end up eating breakfast right across the street from Boom Babies today, so we had to stop in!  We had the BEST experience!  We worked with Bailey, and she was PHENOMENAL.  It felt like we were prom dress shopping with a friend who knew everything about dresses.  She was so incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, effiicient and competent.  The personal attention she gave us was first-rate, and even though she was helping another girl at the same time, we never felt unimportant or ignored (as has happened at many other dress shops!).  As we were getting ready to purchase the dress that my daughter fell in love with, Bailey noticed that a couple of beads were loose.  They were repaired right there on the spot!  We ended up having to go back after the show to pick up the gown, but it was worth it.  We highly recommend Boom Babies, and will make the trip to Syracuse the next time we need a gown.

We had an amazing experience the woman helping us was wonderful! She was very attentive, curtious, and sweet! We were on the lower end of what I was will to pay and she never once tried to push anything more expensive on us! All of prom and some special occasion dresses have come from here as will my daughters. We forgot our coupon and they honored it at the register anyways. Love love love!!!

The young sales girl we had (I cannot recall her name I apologize) was absolutely amazing. She was so patient and running the entire time pulling out dress after dress she felt would look good in my daughter and also getting more styles that we liked. So attentive and made why can be a daunting task fun and stress free! We were there about an hour and a half, and my daughter tried on about 20 dresses. What a fantastic young lady!!! All staff was great and complimentary as they walked by when a new dress emerged. Great selection and will definitely return. Highly recommend for any formal occasion.

From the moment we walked in the door we were made to feel very welcomed and comfortable. We had 4-5 different people helping out with Nancy on point. My daughter often has difficulty finding a dress to compliment her body - they had not one, but three dresses in our original pull that fit and looked amazing. We thought the decision would be tough, but as Nancy promised, was not after seeing the smile on my daughter's face. Thank you for taking what has traditionally been a stressful and unpleasant experience and turning into our best shopping day ever!

I went shopping here with my mom for her mother of the bride dress. They were welcoming and helpful from the moment we stepped in the boutique. It was towards the end of prom/ ball season on a Saturday, so they were busy, but made us feel welcomed and we weren't rushed. The woman helping us was amazing. She pulled gowns for my mom and gave her honest opinions. She found an amazing dress and she helped style her with earrings and shoes. We went to several other places around Syracuse and Rochester and found nothing. They really know what they are doing!

We were there a few weeks ago. Very busy but they had a good system with the numbers. The staff never missed a beat. Our salesgirl was wonderful. She listened to our budget and brought us shoes when we were unsure of length.She ended up bringing us the dress my daughter finally chose. They also have a system of marking your dress under your school so another girl can buy it. One funny thing was they came to our school with dresses for the girls to model. There was a copy of my daughter's dress. The rep took care of it right away. She whisked the dress away before anyone else saw it.

They really made my daughter feel important and gave excellent input and advice to help her find that amazing dress. Boom Babies is the only place to go to find a dress!

Absolutely fantastic. I went in having no idea what I was looking for, no clue what size, color, or style, and I was well taken care of. The first dress she showed me ended up being the winner, and I never would have picked it out myself. Found my dress, necklace, and earrings, and made it out for less than $400. Highly recommend getting there when they open, because I got there ten minutes early and there was already a small crowd. But I got right in! :)

Took my daughter in hopes of finding a prom dress in a larger size (other than the normal 0/2 sizes). Boom Babies had so many different dresses and sizes! We were so impressed! Nancy helped us pick out at least 20 different dresses for my daughter to try on and was there the whole time to answer questions and/or make suggestions. Never once did we feel rushed or uncomfortable for taking up so much of Nancy's time! My daughter felt so good being able to actually try on the dresses instead of just wondering how they would look. She found a beautiful dress with little or no alterations needed, plus matching accessories. A one-stop prom shop! It was worth the trip from Binghamton to Syracuse.
